COMPRESSION SPRINGS

Based in Faenza, near Ravenna, Mollificio Padano produces compression springs in cylindrical, conical and biconical screws in constant and variable pitch, in drawn wire, with a diameter from 0.2 mm to 8.00 mm and greater.

High quality materials and custom designed manufacture

The materials used range from patented carbon steel to stainless steels, from pre-tempered alloy steels to titanium alloys.

The compression springs can be provided upon request with the following surface protection treatments: painted, galvanised, burnished, phosphatised, nickel plated, chromium plated, cadmium plated, benzinal coated, shot peening and dehydrogenation. Manufactured according to a client's technical drawings. In the absence of specific tolerance the degree of accuracy 1 relating to the norm EN 15800: 2009 will apply.
